K.A. Witt Construction is a second generation, family business. Since Ken's original involvement with the company in 1968, services of Witt Construction have expanded from residential building to commercial building, townhomes, land development, property management, excavation and real estate. The common threads that carries on, however, are the importance of quality, details & hard work.

Ken Witt and wife, Lana, have both been life long residents of New Prague. After graduating from Dunwoody Institute in Architectural Drafting, Ken began his career at then Busch Construction in 1968. In 1973, Ken became part owner. He obtained full ownership in 1990 and changed the name to K.A. Witt Construction. Over 40 years later, Ken has now retired, passing along a foundation of hard work & quality craftmanship to his three sons.

Chris has also lived in New Prague most of his life. He currently resides here with his wife, Karin, and two sons, Jacob and Hunter. Chris is a graduate of St. Thomas, where he majored in accounting. He has worked at Witt Construction for 21 years. Chris' work focuses on residential and town home construction.

Jason, attended the University of Minnesota, majoring in Civil Engineering. Upon graduation, he returned to New Prague where he resides with Nancy, his wife, and sons Ben and Luke. Jason's 20 years at Witt Construction have consisted of residential, excavation, and commercial project management.

Brandon, along with wife, Jenny, and children Taylor and Samantha, have also made New Prague their home. Brandon attended the University of Minnesota and Dunwoody Institute. Brandon, an excavation crew leader, is dedicated in earth work projects, utilities and septic design.
